A custom care plan can then begin. Adjusting techniques include very gentle instrument adjustments, flexion-distraction therapy for the lower back, drop table adjustments and hands-on adjustments for the spine and extremities. Instrument adjusting is a very safe adjusting technique that does not involve any turning of the neck or the lower back. Specialized equipment and acupuncture are available for treating many conditions, including migraines and wrist and carpal tunnel pain. Electric stim and ultrasound therapies are also available. These treatments are particularly effective in treating injuries from motor vehicle accidents.

Common conditions treated are neck and back pain, knee and shoulder pain, migraines, and whiplash injuries from motor vehicle accidents. Other conditions successfully treated are carpal tunnel syndrome, temporomandibular joint pain (TMJ), and peripheral neuropathy.
